Every season, we create tasting sets that represent our vision of modern Ukrainian gastronomy.
We want as many people as possible in Ukraine and throuhout the world to admire Ukrainian culture. For such goal we chose a special place: "Kanapa" is located in the legendary part of Kiev, in the preserved wooden building of the 19th century with a stone hall. Interior will surprise you with art exhibitions. Even dishes are a peace of modern author's ceramics. We have a gastronomic souvenire store, so that you could share the impressions with your loved ones.
2013 - Creation of "Kanapa"
2015 - "Kanapa’s" Chef Yaroslav Artyuk makes it to the regional final of San Pellegrino Young Chef
2016 - Kanapa receives the "Salt" award as "The Best Ukrainian Restaurant", Kyiv Tourism Awards and a number of other awards.
2017 - Restaurant "Kanapa" opens in Warsaw.
Kanapa treats you with reakfasts daily from 10.00 till 12.00. For 89 hryvnas you can choose fried egg with smoked salmon slices, salted cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms or oysters with a glass of sparkling or porridge with apples, nuts and honey and a glass of fermented milk from the stove.
