Welcome to the Big Tuna Night! On February 27, Oleg Belous, chef at Oxota na Ovets, will carve 50-pound tuna right in front of his guests, and then prepare 4 dishes and a dessert of your choice..

Starter:

Tuna fillet mousse with tonkatsu sauce

Cold appetizer to choose from:
Tuna sashimi with tiger milk
or
Tuna tartare with ponzu sauce and tobiko caviar

Hot snack to choose from:
Tataki tuna with guacamole and tonkatsu sauce
or
Bao-burger with tuna

Main course to choose from:
Nikkei rolls with tuna
or
Tuna steak with Black Pepper sauce

Dessert:
Lemon sorbet
