Family restaurants

Dmytro Borysov’s family of restaurants unites 16 conceptually different places in Kyiv, as well as various partnership projects in Ukraine and far beyond its borders..  

Each restaurant is authentic: we have s democratic gastronomic restaurant Barsuk (the one the family history started with a long time ago), an art and gastronomic space Ostannya Barykada (unites a restaurant of modern Ukrainian cuisine, the first 100% Ukrainian bar, museum of modern Ukrainian history and a platform for art actions), Oxota na Ovets Asian steak house, «Lyubchyk» Odesa cuisine restaurant,  RYBALOVE fish restaurant, Crab’s Burger crab house and seafood bar, RONIN – a restaurant of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine (here you can try dishes of Nikkei tradition), «Kanapa» - restaurant of new Ukrainian cuisine (now there are two: in Kyiv and Warsaw), modern south-Ukrainian cuisine restaurant Bessarabia, «Vatra» steakhouse, Kyiv cuisine restaurant Chicken Kyiv, non-bistro on Andrew’s descent "Kanapka barand a 1€ bar "Bilyy Nalyv" (in Kyiv and Lutsk). Besides that — creative spaces for children BabyRock.

Basic values for all the restaurants are gastronomic and ecological approaches.
We only serve fresh-cooked food, using maximum of local and season products. Chefs and staff are experts and fans of what they do.

Ecological approach is applied everywhere – in usage of natural products, interior design, electric car chargers, as well as in attitude to work and life, guests and our team.
