BARSUK’S SCHOOL FOOD

Did you know that gastronomic restaurant "BARSUK" was the first in Kyiv with an open kitchen and a bar so one could observe its processes? We made popular the democratic restaurant concept where people go to eat and not to flaunt their clothes, and also began opening our secrets of cooking in our "Food School ". The classes take place on weekends in the open kitchen and conducted by our chef.
